Abstract:
A feeder includes a first sprocket disposed downstream in a conveyance direction and including a first protrusion that engages with a carrier tape, a second sprocket disposed upstream in the conveyance direction, including a second protrusion that engages with the carrier tape, and that rotates in synchronization with the first sprocket, and a phase adjustment mechanism that adjusts a phase of the second sprocket around a rotation center of the second sprocket.
