As a result, the common electrode includes a hollow region formed thereon. The hollow region is the same as the pattern of the second metal layer. Therefore, the capacitance between the second metal layer and the common electrode can be reduced. The problem of horizontal crosstalk is mitigated. The display quality of the liquid crystal display panel is enhanced.
