The archive file generation unit generates multiple archive files each including one or more pieces of document data and information regarding one or more processing functions. The one or more pieces of document data are each associated with the one or more processing functions. The information indicates one or more processes to be executed on the one or more pieces of document data. The deriving unit derives, from the multiple generated archive files, a common processing function among the processing functions that is common to the archive files and a piece of document data among the pieces of document data that is associated with the common processing function.
