The first control circuit is configured to disconnect an electrical connection between the first cell unit and a power output terminal of the first control circuit in response to a failure of the first cell unit. The second control circuit is configured to disconnect an electrical connection between the second cell unit and a power output terminal of the second control circuit in response to a failure of the second cell unit.
