The processor is coupled to the memory, and is configured to: receive first information including information indicative of a usage state of a device; detect a sign of mechanical failure of the device by analyzing the first information; acquire second information associated with a replacement product for the device of which the sign of mechanical failure is detected, the second information including information of at least one of an identical product and an alternative product to the device; and output the second information as information associated with the device of which the sign of mechanical failure is detected.
