In some embodiments, an optoelectronic device described herein comprises a first electrode, a second electrode and a light emitting composite layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A dielectric layer, in some embodiments, is disposed between the light emitting composite layer and the first electrode and/or second electrode.
