The flexible reinforced strap is of a multi-layered construction, including an intermediate layer situated between a top and a bottom layer. The plurality of warp threads and the one or more flexible reinforcing members are arranged within the plurality of layers, and a weft thread is interwoven to form the flexible reinforced strap.
