Each sector-shaped region has attenuation transition zone having smaller width than radius of sector-shaped region. Width of attenuation transition zone adjacent to first boundary and width of attenuation transition zone adjacent to second boundary are smaller than width of attenuation transition zone of other sector-shaped regions.
