The cover and the bearing plate define a receiving space directly facing the through hole. The elastic component is disposed in the receiving space and is configured to provide an opposite elastic force for the tray when the tray arrives at a bottom of the receiving space. A groove is provided on an end side surface of the baffle. When the baffle is at a first staying position, the protrusion is located outside the groove.
