In some embodiments, the microstructure can have a different shape than at least another microstructure in the population and comprise a plurality of cells. Additionally, the acquiring the interrogation data can comprise acquiring interrogation data of microstructures in a population at a structure concentration of at least 100 microstructures/μL. Therefore, in some embodiments, acquiring the interrogation data can comprises flowing the population through a flow cytometer.
