The first resource configuration parameters may comprise a periodicity of the periodic resources and a first demodulation reference signal. The base station central unit may receive, from the base station distributed unit, a second message comprising utilization information of the periodic resources. The base station central unit may transmit, to a second wireless device and via the base station distributed unit, a third message based on the utilization information. The third message may comprise second resource configuration parameters of the periodic resources. The second resource configuration parameters may comprise the periodicity of the periodic resources and a second demodulation reference signal.
