The OLED device includes a pixel drive circuit and an organic light-emitting element on an array substrate, a passivation layer covering the pixel drive circuit and the organic light-emitting element so as to block permeation of moisture, and an adhesive layer on the passivation layer. The passivation layer is an inorganic thin film including an organosilicon compound.
