The communication session may be established between a client device of a user and an application server of a content publisher. Session data representative of a first state of the communication session may be stored in response to user input. The method may further include generating and presenting an interface that includes a first selectable element that allows a user to return to the first state of the communication session. The method further includes grouping the first selectable element with a second selectable element corresponding a second state of the communication session and assigning a label to the grouping.
