The rotational component is configured to circularly maneuver about the center axis between the at least two index positions. A docking receptacle of the apparatus is coupled to the rotational component and is configured to receive a monitor having an electronic visual display. The apparatus also includes a handle configured to facilitate maneuvering of the rotational component.
