The method includes steps of obtaining an actual threshold voltage and an actual current-to-voltage conversion factor of a driving thin film transistor as well as actual luminous efficiency of an organic light emitting diode in sequence; and calculating a compensation data signal inputted to a source of a switching thin film transistor based on the obtained actual threshold voltage and actual current-to-voltage conversion factor of the driving thin film transistor and the obtained actual luminous efficiency of the organic light emitting diode.
