Embodiments of a modular mobile device and related accessories can include a mobile device case. In a number of embodiments, the mobile device case can comprise a housing. In many embodiments, the housing can comprise a front configured to hold the mobile device and a back panel comprising a first slot and a second slot. In some embodiments, the first slot and the second slot can be configured to receive a portion of a bottom frame and the bottom frame can be configured to receive one or more modules.
