The controller is configured to: acquire a power supply voltage value at the power supply terminal; determine whether the acquired power supply voltage value deviates from a target power supply voltage value; and determine, in response to the acquired power supply voltage value deviating from the target power supply voltage value, a target control signal associated with the target power supply voltage value; and provide the target control signal to the voltage adjustment circuit. The voltage adjustment circuit is configured to adjust the power supply voltage value at the power supply terminal to the target power supply voltage value according to the target control signal.
