The control unit generates the still image data corresponding to each of the plurality of frame images included in the specific frame image group by decoding the moving image data. The control unit causes the recorder to record the generated still image data. The control unit generates frame image data that generates at least one of the plurality of frame images included in the specific frame image group based on the still image data recorded by the recorder.
