The adjustment control is at least one of ventilation minimizing control reducing or stopping ventilation in order to minimize an accumulation of environmental loads, and sensible heat prioritizing control preferentially controlling sensible heat over latent heat in order to control a temperature of a room so that an accumulation of environmental loads is minimized.
