The fingerprint acquiring device is arranged on a surface of the pen, the information generating device is arranged within the writing pen. Magnetic ink is in the writing pen. The fingerprint acquiring device takes a fingerprint when the user grips the writing pen, the processor acquires the fingerprint information and generates an electric signal reflecting the fingerprint information. The signal is transmitted to the information generating device, the information generating device imparts the fingerprint information to the magnetic ink, thus handwriting written by the writing pen with the magnetic ink records the fingerprint information of the user.
