The substrate includes a video signal—Ethernet (registered trademark) conversion unit for converting a video signal from the computer into video data into an Ethernet (registered trademark) protocol and an X-ray imaging apparatus communication unit for transmitting the video data to the X-ray imaging apparatus by communications. The substrate and the radiation device are electrically insulated.
