The nucleic acid aptamer comprises at least one oligonucleotide comprising: deoxyribonucleotides, ribonucleotides, derivatives of deoxyribonucleotides, derivatives of ribonucleotides, or mixtures thereof. The nucleic acid aptamer has a binding affinity for an epitope of a surface being treated with the consumer product composition.
