The cover has a disc portion that is provided on the end on the one side in the axial direction and extends in the radial direction, and a cylindrical portion that extends from the disc portion to the other side in the axial direction, and is located inside of the end. The seal has a first seal portion located between an inner side face of the end and an outer side face of the cylindrical portion in the radial direction.
