The sound producing apparatus includes a sound producing device disposed at a sound producing location and configured to produce a plurality of air pulses according to a driving signal; a driving circuit, receiving an input audio signal and a channel-shaping signal and configured to generate the driving signal according to the input audio signal and the channel-shaping signal, wherein the channel-shaping signal is related to a channel impulse response of a channel between the sound producing location and a sound constructing location; a signal processing circuit, configured to generate the channel-shaping signal according to the channel impulse response.
