The wireless-communication interface is configured to communicate with one or more terminal using a wireless network. The wireless-network-information controller is configured to receive, a request for wireless network information which is information based on wireless communication with the terminal from a virtual machine operating on a virtual computing environment executed in a processor or a container operating on a container environment executed in the processor, and configured to acquire the wireless network information using the wireless-communication interface based on the request or configured to read out the wireless network information from information given in advance, and transmits the wireless network information to the virtual machine or the container.
