The resilient element comprising a first gripping surface for frictionally gripping a surface (151) of the elongated member. The resilient element being spaced apart from the first part. The first part comprises a rigid second gripping surface (121, 122) for gripping a surface of the elongated member, and the resilient element and the rigid second gripping surface allows the clip to be releasably secured at selected positions along the elongated member and allows said clip in a closed state to be movable along the elongated member, on which it is positioned by exerting a force in the axial direction.
