The seat assembly includes a seat member, and a hanger arm. The hanger arm has a hanger portion coupled removably and co-movably to the rotating unit of the frame assembly, and a connecting portion interconnecting the hanger portion and the seat member, such that the seat member is swingable relative to the frame unit of the frame assembly about the swing axis.
