According to the invention, the cleaning device is characterized in that, inter alia, the shaft (6) of the cleaning device (1) has at least two tubular shaft sections (8, 9; 9, 10) that can be connected to one another, and a respective associated rod section (11, 12) of the connecting rod (7) is provided inside said tubular shaft sections.
