A shaft (22) is coupled to the substrate (14) and to a handle (24). An electrical wire (30) is connected to the one or more lights (12) and passes through the shaft (22). A fluid conduit (32) passes through the shaft (22) and is in fluid communication with a fluid port (34) near or on the substrate (14).
