The at least one flicker detector is disposed in a non-display region within the liquid crystal cell and configured to detect light intensity in the liquid crystal cell; and the signal processing apparatus is configured to adjust a magnitude of a common voltage for driving the liquid crystal cell according to a signal strength outputted from the flicker detector, to reduce a flicker value of the display device.
