The invention discloses an artificial epistropheus support body comprising a support. The support comprises a crown part and a body part, a top surface of the crown part forms a top profiling surface, and a bottom surface of the body part forms a bottom profiling surface; the support has a cavity inside thereof, and a micro-hole grid stent is arranged in the cavity; the cavity forms a plurality of windows on the surface of the support.
