The touch substrate includes: a touch structure, at least a part of which is located in the main touch region; and a connecting member and a wiring, at least partially located in the wiring region, wherein the connecting member is configured to electrically connect the touch structure and the wiring; the connecting member has a hollow portion. Such that, touch sensitivity can be improved.
