Data in which a different phone number is associated in advance with each of purchase prices is retrieved from a memory, and a user identification signal such as a mobile phone number or the like is sent by making a call to the outside, whereby it is possible for an outside party to identify from the incoming phone number an amount that is to be paid; and further, the user number that is to pay can be easily determined.
