The light-emitting layer is configured to emit the red light or the green light instead of the blue light. The energy of the red light photons and the green light photons is lower than the energy of the blue light photons. As such, the high molecular organic material in the light-emitting layer may not decay easily and the lifecycle of the active illuminating display panel may be extended.
