The table includes a reusable customizable filter configured for customized use by an end-user at each end-user computer of multiple end-user computers for generating respective user-defined data collection tools specific to each user-defined computer. The web-based framework is transmitted to one end-user computer, after which a user-defined data collection tool including the table is received from the one end-user computer. The user-defined data collection tool is populated with measures located at the table's intersections. The measures are a function of a measure of a dependent variable selected from the customizable filter and two independent variables characterizing intersections in the table. The user-defined data collection tool is specific to the one end-user computer and is customized for the data collection populated by the one end-user computer at each intersection.
