The method comprises acquiring property data associated with a property area from a data source, and extracting a first property attribute data from the property data acquired. The first property attribute data extracted is used to determine presence or movement of a first pollutant data within the property area. The method further comprises determining a first potential impact data the first pollutant data may have on individual health based in part on the first property attribute data extracted, and computing a property score representing a health index of the property area based in part on the first potential impact data determined.
