The storage device stores instructions, and the processing circuit is configured to execute the instructions of transmitting a first downlink (DL) control information (DCI) for communicating with the communication device according to a first HARQ minimum timing; and transmitting a second DCI for communicating with the communication device according to a second HARQ minimum timing.
