An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate including an emission region and a non-emission region surrounding the emission region; a display device in the emission region of the substrate; an insulating layer in the non-emission region and including a hole having a lower portion having a first width and an upper portion having a second width less than the first width; and an encapsulation member covering the display device and the insulating layer and filling an inside of the hole.
