An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device includes a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, and a driver chip. The scan lines are configured to receive scan signals. The data lines are configured to receive data signals. The driver chip is connected with the scan lines and the data lines, and configured to generate the scan signals and the data signals.
