The user's reading habit score is analyzed to determine if the user's habits indicate a balance in the user's content consumption. If the user's reading habit score indicates an imbalance in the user's content consumption, suggestions are provided to the user for achieving a more balanced reading habit and thereby improving the user's reading habit score.
