The hook member includes: an upper-stuck part adhered to the bag body along the opening; a center part below the upper-stuck part at the center in the width direction thereof and formed so as not to be pulled out from the bag body; and a hook part not adhered to the bag body. First oblique folding lines and second oblique holding lines are formed on the upper-stuck part by respective angles.
