The network apparatus comprises: a storage configured to store content data delivered from a server outside the radio access network; and a controller configured to recognize content data requested by a radio terminal, and to determine whether or not the requested content data is stored in the storage. The controller is configured to, when the requested content data is stored in the storage, deliver the requested content data to the radio terminal on behalf of the server.
