The information processing apparatus includes a first processor configured to execute a first program to implement processes of storing and managing configuration information that is necessary for introducing an application to the electronic device, the configuration information including a list of one or more applications to be introduced and license information associated with the one or more applications that is necessary for introducing the one or more applications. The electronic device includes a second processor configured to execute a second program to implement processes of acquiring the configuration information from the information processing apparatus, acquiring the one or more applications from the information processing apparatus based on the acquired configuration information, and introducing the acquired one or more applications.
