The built-in system formed by a photoelectric plate, an aluminum pad and a copper bar is mounted below a transparent dustproof cover of a moving-coil speaker and at an axial center of the magnetic circuit. The photoelectric plate is provided with a camera, a light shading ring and LED modules; and the photoelectric plate is disposed on a top surface of the aluminum pad. The dual-magnetic steel magnetic circuit is formed by a primary magnetic steel, a secondary magnetic steel, a magnetic post and a magnetic bowl, and a through hole is arranged at the center of the magnetic circuit.
