The hook includes a first hook portion extending vertically upward from the base, a second hook portion joined to the first hook portion at a first bend in a first direction and extending horizontally therefrom, and a third hook portion joined to the second hook portion at a second bend in the first direction and extending vertically downward therefrom. A ridge protrudes from an inner surface of the first hook portion.
