Abstract:
The present invention relates to a treatment kit comprising: a guide having a distal end and a proximal end; a position determination device for determining the position of the distal end of the guide in the body of a patient; and a catheter intended to be inserted into the body of the patient. The guide is graduated between its distal end and its proximal end, the graduations of the guide making it possible to measure a length of insertion of the guide into the body of the patient, and the catheter is adapted so as to be cut to a predetermined length that is determined based on the length of insertion.
