The system includes a memory that stores instructions for executing processes for monitoring a charging pattern to identify a customer. The system also includes a processor configured to execute the instructions. The instructions cause the processor to: monitor charging patterns of each user of a plurality of users of a shared vehicle to determine a preferred charging mode for each user; generate a user profile for each user of the plurality of users, the user profile indicating preferences for each respective user; identify a user operating the vehicle; transmit, to a third party vendor, a request for a resource based on the user profile of the user operating the vehicle; and transmit a charging schedule to the vehicle after receiving a response to the request for the resource.
