The processor is configured to determine a plurality of items to be returned from the list of the items to be purchased, calculate a priority value for each of items to be returned based on character of the item, determine a return sequence of the items to be returned based on the calculated priority value, and control the display to display guidance information indicating the determined return sequence of the items to be returned.
