A lower end portion of the inner circumferential member further protrudes downwardly compared to a lower end surface of the outer circumferential member and a lower end surface of the stator core, and an upper end portion of the inner circumferential member further protrudes upwardly compared to an upper end surface of the outer circumferential member and an upper end surface of the stator core.
