A lower section is configured to extend a coverage of the upper section including a closure mechanism that is configured to close an open side(s) of said lower section(s). A closure/connection mechanism that is configured to connect said upper and lower sections together and a rib pocket segment disposed on an outside edge of the lower section for engaging an end portion of a rib section of a support frame.
